Absolutely. We regularly fulfill high-volume requests and will recommend the most efficient part assortments once we understand your group size, timeline, and educational goals.
Do you sell bulk orders or lot buys?
Yes! We are always looking to sell. Whether thats discount bulk, retail or lots. Contact us for major orders!
G&G’s Toy Vault LLC strives to process and ship all orders in a timely and professional manner. Orders are typically processed within one to two business days after payment has been successfully received. Once an order has been processed, it will be shipped using a reputable national carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking information will be provided to the customer via email once the shipment has been dispatched.
Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location and the selected shipping service, but most domestic orders within the United States arrive within three to seven business days after shipment. All products are carefully packaged to ensure that all LEGO® sets and ordered items arrive in the condition expected by our customers. G&G’s Toy Vault LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Returns
Customer satisfaction is important to G&G’s Toy Vault LLC, and we make every reasonable effort to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Returns may be accepted within ninety days of the delivery date. Returns are accepted and refunded in full, no questions asked.
Customers requesting a return must contact G&G’s Toy Vault LLC prior to sending the item back in order to receive return authorization instructions. Unless the item was received damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, G&G’s Toy Vault LLC will process the appropriate refund to the original payment method used during checkout. Refunds are generally issued within several business days after the returned item has been received.
If a product arrives damaged or the incorrect item is received, customers are encouraged to contact us within forty-eight hours of delivery so the matter can be resolved promptly. In such cases, G&G’s Toy Vault LLC will work with the customer to provide a replacement, refund, or appropriate resolution.
